engine runs but misses

An engine that runs misses runs unevenly & closed but not developed full power. It is sometimes difficult to tell by listening whatever one cylinder is missing or whether the miss is intemittent & jumping around from one cylinder to another if one cylinder is missing the couse could be defective spark or high voltage cable.

engine crank normally runs but fails to start

There is no spark during the sparktest, if the oscilloscope fails to show a secondary voltage pattern , there are several couses:- if you good spark , the ignition primary & secondary circuit probably are ok.
