Based on hoshiarpur, Punjab,India, exomechanicals is basically brainchild of Wilson Aziz , & his vision to guide young engineers becouse he realised that the current curriculum syllabus is not up to the mark as per industrial standards he dedicated his life to improve the level of education in engineering domain

All types of DISPLACEMENT and their measurements methods
LINEAR DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT METHODS
MECHANICAL DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT
STEEL RULE:=>
A steel rule is exactly what it sounds like... a rule manufactured from either spring or stainless steel that feature either metric or imperial (or both) scales along its length. One end is usually flat whilst the other end (frequently including a hole for hanging) is usually round.
Range: 0-1000mm
Accuracy:0.1 to 0.3 bidirectional
MICROMETER:=>
A micrometer, sometimes known as a micrometer screw gauge, is a device incorporating a calibrated screw widely used for accurate measurement of components in mechanical engineering and machining as well as most mechanical trades.
Range:0 to 600mm
Accuracy 0.002mm bidirectional
CALLIPERS:=>
A caliper is a device used to measure the distance between two opposite sides of an object. Many types of calipers permit reading out a measurement on a ruled scale, a dial, or a digital display. But a caliper can be as simple as a compass with inward or outward-facing points.
Range: 0 to 1000mm
Accuracy: 0.02 to0.06mm bidirectional
DIAL GAUGE:=>
Dial gauges are used for checking flatness of surfaces; parallelism of bar and rods; and detecting small differences if any in linear measurement of identical objects. A dial gauge is also used for measuring concentricity of round objects. These are available in inches as well as in millimetre. Used for small displacements,pointer moving across a scale as output.
Accuracy:0.005 to 0.02mm bidirectional
SIGMA COMPARATOR:=>
The sigma comparator is one type of mechanical comparator. Which an excellent example of a very successful instrument in which a high magnification obtained entirely by mechanical means. Magnification ranges from 300 to 5000
JOHANSSON COMPARATOR:=>
A Johansson Mikrokator is a mechanical comparator used to obtain mechanical magnification of the difference in length as compared to a standard. It works on the principle of a button spinning on a loop of string. A twisted thin metal strip holds a pointer, which shows the reading on a suitable scale.
PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS:=>
The three methods for measuring pressure are absolute, gauge, and differential. Absolute pressure is referenced to the pressure in a vacuum, whereas gauge and differential pressures are referenced to another pressure such as the ambient atmospheric pressure or pressure in an adjacent vessel.
