Anodizing

what is anodizing- anodizing is a process to harden the surface of aluminum, it also gave rust resistance and non sticling coating on the aluminum surfaces anodizing temperature we usually set anodizing plant temprature to -3degree Celsius . when the temperature falls down the compressor runs itself again, & we maintain outside temperature to 26 degree Celsius do we set current or voltage in anodizing for coating we set the voltage to the aluminumetal & the metal lean on towards the current itself.

if the voltage or current exceeds too high it will couse aluminum to burn

above chemicals are the additives those are added in anodizing plant

additudadditud are adding in the casing plant casing is basically a protective layer on the aluminum . additod is added in the water & its filled in a air tight closed container , its heated upto 80 degree Celsius i.e. the coating temprature at which anodized coated road are immersed for about 30 minutes to 1hours &30 minutes depending on the size of the specimen to be coated
